Requirements

• HVAC industry experience required
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing unit replacements and new installations
• Ability to read and understand mechanical plans, specifications, and construction details
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant applications
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work well under pressure

Responsibilities

• Prepare and monitor project estimates, budgets, and schedules, assisting in contract negotiations
• Participate in conceptual project development and oversee organization, scheduling, and execution while collaborating with owners, general contractors, architects, and engineers to resolve design issues
• Plan and coordinate workforce, equipment, tools, and supplies to achieve project objectives
• Manage administrative aspects of contracts, communicating details to relevant parties
• Plan submittals, project permitting, and ensure inspection compliance
• Complete job closeout processes, including resolving punch list items, recording as-built drawings, filing test and balance reports, and managing warranty items
