Summary

Join Pavago as a full-time, remote Project Manager supporting enterprise-level SaaS implementation projects. You will oversee the entire project lifecycle, from requirement gathering to successful deployment. The ideal candidate possesses strong organizational skills and a technical mindset, although deep technical expertise isn't mandatory. Responsibilities include managing project timelines, gathering customer requirements, collaborating with internal teams, and ensuring successful project delivery. The role requires 3-4 years of project management experience in SaaS or enterprise applications. A PMP certification is a plus. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Requirements

• 3-4 years in project management, particularly within SaaS or enterprise-level applications
• PMP or similar project management certification is a plus
• A general understanding of SaaS implementation
• Proven track record in managing multiple projects with tight timelines and budgets
• Strong written and verbal communication, with an ability to clearly convey complex technical concepts to customers

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full implementation of the application, from requirement gathering through to successful deployment
• Gather and document customer requirements into Business Requirements Documents (BRD)
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of the product according to customer needs and specifications
• Guide customers through the onboarding process, ensuring they understand how to use the system effectively
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources, adjusting as necessary to stay on track
• Serve as the primary point of contact for the customer, ensuring they’re informed of project progress and any potential issues
