The Project Manager Intern will assist in recruitment and onboarding processes, communicate with potential hires, manage databases, develop strategies, provide administrative support, and conduct market research. A bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field is required, along with excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and familiarity with applicant tracking systems and talent management software.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field
• Strong interest in supply chain management, project management, and talent management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process for new talents
• Communicate with potential hires to provide information about the role and the company
• Monitor the progress of talent acquisition and management projects, providing regular updates and status reports
• Help manage talent databases, ensuring all information is current and accurate
• Support the team in developing and implementing talent management strategies to attract and retain top talent
• Assist in creating and maintaining documentation related to talent management processes and procedures
• Conduct market research to understand industry trends, talent expectations, and best practices in talent management
• Provide administrative support to the talent management team

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and talent management software
• Experience in recruitment or talent management is a plus
