Summary

The job is for a Project Technical Specialist Jr at ALTEN Mexico, responsible for supporting project teams in the execution and coordination of technical tasks. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field with 1-2 years of experience in a technical role.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• 1-2 years of experience in a technical role
• Professional / School Projects experience with Catia, Teamcenter, NX, and BOMs
• Advanced to expert skill level in using Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to quickly learn use of proprietary Stellantis softwares
• Full Program Life-cycle knowledge

Responsibilities

• Support the Product/Process convergence (hard points in zone meetings…)
• Participate in the creation and organization of Connections/Fasteners
• Organize meetings to help coordinate the technical core team’s activity and identify roadblocks
• Help to define with the Technical Manager the follow-up and final KPI
• Prepare and participate in the Change Management meeting
• Contribute to the quality convergence by synchronizing the part modifications with the project planning (batch of modifications)
• Participate in the Product/Process convergence & reactivity (mainly for Welding, Painting and Assembly)

Preferred Qualifications

• Stellantis PDP knowledge is a plus
• Launch experience is a plus
