Summary

The job is for a Freelance IT Project/Program Manager with 10+ years of experience to manage projects and teams to build software solutions for Cat Digital. The role requires specific technical skills and a Bachelor's degree in a technical field, with additional certifications beneficial but not mandatory.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field required
• 10+ years experience required
• PMI or PMP certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Review project plans to plan and coordinate project activity
• Manage backup, security and user help system
• Consult with users, management, vendors, and technicians to assess computing needs and system requirements
• Recruit, hire, train and supervise staff, or participate in staffing decisions
• Evaluate data processing proposals to assess project feasibility and requirements
• Develop and interpret organizational goals, policies, and procedures
• Develop computer information resources, providing for data security and control, strategic computing, and disaster recovery

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
• PMP certification
• SAFe certification
• Change Management Certification
• Six Sigma Black Belt Certification
• Some Scrum Master exp in addition to the required project management exp
• Experience having worked with large enterprise level organizations
