Provider Success Associate, Remote - Worldwide

Summary

The job description is for a Provider Success Associate at Rula, a mental health care provider. Requirements

• Equivalent of 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Sales or similar fields
• Experience working in an external customer facing role where effective and succinct communication (written and verbal) is crucial
• Experience working in cross-functional professional environment with both internal and external stakeholders
• Experience maintaining an individual book of business independently, requiring strong organization skills for success
• Experience understanding, interpreting and communicating key metrics

Responsibilities

• Guide therapists through a thoughtful onboarding experience and beyond
• Partner with therapists to help them achieve their goals and grow their practices, building trust through meaningful interactions throughout their journey
