Summary

A Global top 5 market-leading Pv manufacturer is looking for a senior sales manager to help with the expansion of the German region. The position comes with a salary range of 70-120k plus benefits.

Requirements

• Bachelor or master’s degree in business, electrical, power or related fields
• At least 5 years of B2B experience in PV or renewable Energy industry or working for a PV Distributor / Wholesaler
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to identify and provide comprehensive solutions for varying customer needs
• Proficiency both in written and spoken English and local language

Responsibilities

• Capture new business opportunities to drive growth
• Develop the strategy for your markets to hit monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting relationships with key customers
• Regularly travel to visit existing and potential clients in the region to introduce new products and solutions
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to develop cost-efficient solutions for customers
• Design and implement strategic business plans that expand the company’s customer base and drive revenue generation

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience of using salesforce CRM is preferred
• Driving license is preferred
