Summary

Join Angiยฎ as a Quality Operations - Screening Advisor and efficiently process background and credential screenings, account reviews, and investigations for new and existing service professional accounts. This role involves backend processing and frontline customer support. You will complete the screening process for all professional accounts, handle customer service calls, update accounts, research licenses and insurance, and ensure compliance. Accurate account reviews, compliance tasks, and data processing are crucial. You will also contribute to service provider screening integrity, handle sensitive information, mitigate company risk, and provide exemplary customer service. This fast-paced role requires strong problem-solving skills, a growth mindset, and excellent communication skills.

Requirements

  • Comfort with managing a high volume of accounts per day
  • Strong customer service skills by using strong EQ
  • Ability to think on your feet and pivot quickly and utilize strong problem-solving skills; the position requires that you are able to work in an environment that is unpredictable and fast paced
  • A growth mindset: you crave coaching and feedback and are able to implement as necessary
  • Youโ€™re an empathetic listener and you can communicate extremely clearly & concisely both verbally and in written forms
  • You have a strong desire to succeed and grow
  • Positive, professional, and high-energy attitude with a strong ability to multi-task
  • Strong computer skills required, particularly with internet and applications โ€“ i.e. Gmail, CRMs, Google Suite, Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

  • Complete the screening process on all new and existing professional accounts for Angi
  • Take customer service calls
  • Update accounts for record keeping
  • Research/call state license and insurance companies as needed
  • Comply with screening standards
  • Complete accurate account review and account compliance tasks
  • Scrub submitted accounts against company compliance and standards
  • Contribute to Service Provider Screening integrity
  • Company data processing and integrity
  • Handle sensitive information with integrity
  • Mitigate company risk by identifying and flagging potential risks
  • Provide exemplary customer service to our Service Professionals by using strong EQ techniques
