Join Centerfield's Talent team in Los Angeles as a Corporate Recruiter for a 4-month contract position. You will manage the full recruitment cycle for corporate and technical roles, sourcing and hiring top talent across multiple departments. Requirements

  • Minimum of 2-4 years of recruiting experience, with a strong focus on corporate and technical hiring
  • Proven ability to recruit for both technical and non-technical roles across multiple business functions
  • Strong understanding of sourcing strategies, talent acquisition best practices, and employer branding
  • Ability to assess technical skills and qualifications, with experience using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Team player with a collaborative approach to work
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality
  • Proactive and results-oriented, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for corporate and technical roles, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and offer negotiations
  • Source, attract, and hire top talent across departments such as Finance, Marketing, Sales, Media, Operations, Client Success, Engineering, Product, and IT
  • Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to engage passive candidates, particularly for hard-to-fill technical roles
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand technical role requirements, ensuring alignment on skills, experience, and culture fit
  • Screen and evaluate technical candidates, assessing their proficiency in relevant tools, technologies, and methodologies
  • Stay updated on hiring trends, emerging technologies, and competitive market data to optimize recruitment strategies
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely communication, feedback, and thorough assessments
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and department leaders, offering expert guidance on hiring best practices and market trends
  • Collaborate with HR and internal teams to streamline hiring processes and improve recruitment efficiency

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with ATS and other recruitment tools (Lever/Ashby experience preferred)
