Requirements

  • 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (preferably with sales recruitment or related roles)
  • Proven expertise in creative sourcing strategies, with a strong commitment to Diversity & Inclusion
  • Ability to conduct a variety of interview types (structured, competency-based, values etc.)
  • Ownership mentality who excels in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Team player, highly organized and responsive
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional, with the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
  • A passion for health and wellness
  • Prior experience in recruitment and sourcing

Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire recruiting cycle, from recruiter phone screen to offer extension
  • Build and strengthen the overall talent pipeline with best-in-class, diverse talent
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and create effective recruitment strategies to ensure you meet Wellhub's hiring needs and goals
  • Deliver a positive, seamless, and engaging experience for every candidate
  • Utilize diverse sourcing channels, including professional networks, job boards, referrals, social media, and digital outreach
  • Recommend and implement innovative ideas to enhance recruiting processes and support Wellhub's growth

  • In Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Missouri, Michigan, North Carolina, New Hampshire, Pennsylvania, South Carolina,Β  Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, and Wisconsin, the annual base salary range for this role is $70,000 - 87,000. The base salary range for other locations may vary. Actual base salary will be dependent on geographic location, relevant experience, skills, qualifications and/or other job-related factors.Β In addition to base salary, this role may also be eligible to participate in either our annual bonus plan or a sales incentive plan, and our performance-based stock option program
