Summary
Join Pacific Aviation, an airport service provider, as a Recruiter supporting the East Coast recruitment efforts. Reporting to the Director of Talent Acquisition, you will collaborate with HR and operational leadership to determine staffing needs, draft job postings, screen candidates, schedule interviews, and conduct interview training. This role requires 2+ years of recruiting experience, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will manage the applicant tracking system, utilize various sourcing strategies, and maintain relationships with hiring managers. Success is measured by achieving KPIs, maintaining accurate records, and achieving high satisfaction ratings from candidates and hiring managers. Requirements
- 2+ Years of Recruiting Experience
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, volume and metric-driven environment
- Experience partnering with and supporting hiring managers through full-cycle hiring process for all role levels
- Strong attention to detail, ability to multi-task and superb time management skills
- Verbal and written communication skills, negotiation skills, customer service, and interpersonal skills
- Work independently as well as be an active and supportive team member to the overall recruitment initiatives
Responsibilities
- Work with Director of Talent Acquisition, HR Leadership and Operational leadership to determine staffing needs
- Work with HR/Talent Acquisition and Operations to draft relevant and realistic Job Postings
- Review resumes and screen candidates (directly and with support) systematically and objectively to identify suitable candidates
- Schedule interviews for Account Managers and plan/host Hiring Events when needed
- Conduct interviews and train Hiring Managers using Hiring Guide
- Assist with Interview training for new hiring managers in assigned stations
- Maintain Applicant Tracking System (Workable preferred)
- Utilize a broad range of sourcing strategies and techniques to attract passive and active candidates, networking, job boards, and referrals
- Maintain the employee referral program
- Reinforce and maintain relationships with hiring managers to stay abreast of current and future hiring and business needs
- Perform searches for qualified candidates according to relevant job criteria, using recruitment database(s), networking, internet recruiting resources, cold calls, media and employee referrals
- Candidate Engagement: regularly communicate with candidates to provide updates on their onboarding process and start date
- Work with a diverse set of candidates and maintain effective work relationships with executive, corporate, and line management
- Effectively interview applicants to obtain information on work history, training, education, and job skills
- Achieve established KPIs for recruiting activities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and recruitment metrics in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Identify new local recruiting sources (such as schools, industry newsletters, online sources, etc.) with candidate flow targets from each
- Achieve a set satisfaction rating from candidates and hiring managers
- Achieve an 80% or higher rating on the onboarding experience survey for new hires and leaders
- Support the onboarding experience
- Effective compliance will result in no EEOC charges and /or litigation that results from internal actions or are preventable
Preferred Qualifications
- Agency experience a plus
- Travel 20%

- Base salary: $75,000 - $80,000 annually
