Recruiting Coordinator

This remote, contractual role (8 pm - 5 am PKT) supports our hiring processes, ensuring a seamless candidate experience. You will manage job postings, schedule interviews, maintain our Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse), and track hiring metrics. Ideal candidates are organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn, with proficiency in Google Suite. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-growing company and work with experienced recruiters.

Requirements

• Be a fresh graduate or final-year student (preferred fields: Business, HR, or related disciplines)
• Possess strong attention to detail
• Be excited to learn new things while maintaining consistency in day-to-day tasks
• Have proficiency in Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides) and a willingness to learn new tools
• Have a stable internet connection and ability to work night shift remotely

Responsibilities

• Support recruiting processes by managing job postings, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers
• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience through clear and timely communication
• Maintain and update Greenhouse ATS, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in applicant tracking
• Assist in tracking hiring reports and metrics to support recruiting operations
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to keep hiring processes running smoothly
• Support employer branding efforts, university outreach, and recruiting events
• Take ownership of assigned tasks and deliver results efficiently

Preferred Qualifications

Have prior recruiting or HR internship experience
