Summary

The job is for a Recruiting Specialist who is outgoing, people oriented, and bi-lingual in English and Creole. The role involves making outbound phone calls to candidates, conducting pre-screening, sending job offers, scheduling new hires, and handling background checks. Requirements

• Be outgoing, people oriented
• Bi-lingual in English and Creole (a must)
• Have experience with MS Excel skills
• Have experience with MS Outlook and MS Teams - 0365
• Be able to work effectively and efficiently in a changing environment
• Have strong organizational & communication skills
• Familiarity with online job hunting websites

Responsibilities

• Make outbound phone calls to candidates who apply
• Conduct pre-screening with candidates to cover basic questions (template provided)
• Send job offers and schedule new hires for new hire orientation
• Handle background checks
