Requirements

  • Have at least 5+ years of working experience in the Recruitment field
  • Be able to work for 40 hours per week between 8am to 5pm US Pacific time (12am-9am Philippine time)
  • Have experience working in IT/Software Development industries or have at least a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Information Technology, or equivalent
  • Possess strong analytical skills and the ability to create, measure, and scale the right workflow between candidates and hiring managers
  • Have strong consulting and leadership skills
  • Can work well within a team and in support of the hiring team
  • Have excellent creating and updating documentation skills to produce quality output
  • Be computer savvy with ample experience in using Excel, Outlook, and other software tools as needed
  • Be well-versed in written and oral English communication
  • Have a strong client service focus
  • Be familiar with the use of HRIS or ATS
  • Be willing to undergo a 90-days probationary period upon initial hire
  • Have a stable internet connection to conduct seamless online interviews and meetings
  • Have a fully functional and up-to-date computer with which to perform duties
  • Be willing to install and use a time keeping software while performing the work for the team
  • Be willing to install next-generation endpoint protection on the computer
  • Be a current resident of the Philippines and can perform the work from there

Responsibilities

  • Source candidates through various recruitment sources
  • Conduct and monitor various online recruiting campaigns
  • Create job descriptions
  • Perform recruitment activities from vetting, conducting interviews, facilitating assessments, negotiating offers, and keeping the documentation updated in a timely manner
  • Serve as the main point person for other recruitment needs
  • Attend team meetings and update team resources
  • Utilize the different recruiting tools and platforms according to the team process and standards
  • Perform other duties as assigned
