Summary
Join Help at Home as a Remote Recruiting Specialist and enjoy weekly pay between $20.00 and $24.00 per hour! You will develop local recruitment strategies, engage with applicants, interview and onboard new hires, and schedule orientations. Collaborate with the local branch team to understand caregiver needs and communicate applicant status. Build applicant pools by researching and contacting community services, colleges, and employment agencies. Determine applicant qualifications by reviewing applications and conducting interviews. Complete the onboarding process, including background checks and E-Verify. Schedule and conduct new hire orientations. Update the applicant tracking system and act as a brand ambassador. Collect and report on hiring metrics. This role requires a high school diploma or GED, with a bachelor's degree preferred, and 1-2 years of experience. Prior recruiting experience is preferred. Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- One (1) to two (2) years of previous experience
- Proficient computer skills, including MS Office
- Professional communication and organization skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Valid driver's license
- Access to insured and reliable transportation
Responsibilities
- Builds applicant pools by researching and contacting community services, colleges, and employment agencies and attending local hiring fairs and events
- Determines applicant qualifications by reviewing and interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, and determining applicants to present offers to
- Offers applicants and completes onboarding process including conducting background checks, collecting new hire forms, completing E-Verify, and delivering a complete and compliant new hire file
- Walks applicants through the entire onboarding process focused on ensuring compliance and a great first impression of Help at Home
- Schedules and conducts New Hire orientation on a weekly basis or as needed
- Updates applicant tracking system through each stage of the hiring process
- Acts as a brand ambassador and helps grow our reputation management by encouraging completion by new hires
- Collects and reports on metrics and data to track hiring progress for assigned branches
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelorβs degree in Human Resources, Business, Communication, or a relevant field preferred
- Prior experience in recruiting or talent acquisition preferred
