You will conduct full-cycle recruitment for healthcare roles, utilizing various platforms to source and identify qualified candidates. Collaborate with hiring managers to define client needs and ensure accurate candidate profiles. Screen and evaluate candidates, conduct interviews and assessments, and maintain candidate engagement. Manage candidate feedback, create records, and work with hiring teams for consistent communication. This is a permanent, full-time, work-from-home position with weekends off, offering a great company culture and no micromanagement. The role requires working US time zones (graveyard shifts).
Requirements
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in recruitment, specifically focused on US healthcare roles
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in recruiting healthcare professionals is a must
- Familiarity with various sourcing techniques, including job boards, social media, and networking
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle administrative tasks as needed
- Excellent candidate management and relationship-building skills
- Willing to work in US time zones (graveyard shifts are expected)
Responsibilities
- Conduct full cycle recruitment for various healthcare roles
- Utilize various platforms and methods to source and identify qualified candidates for healthcare positions
- Collaborate with hiring managers and account teams to define client needs and ensure accurate candidate profiles are developed
- Screen and evaluate candidates to determine their suitability for specified roles
- Conduct comprehensive candidate interviews and assessments, including reference checks and background investigations
- Maintain candidate engagement and provide a quality experience throughout the recruitment process
- Schedule interviews and manage candidate feedback in a timely manner
- Create and maintain records of all interactions and recruitment outcomes
- Work closely with hiring teams to ensure consistent communication regarding candidate progress
