We are seeking recruiters with at least one year of experience in the aerospace industry and one year in a similar recruitment role (ideally in an employment agency, recruitment firm, or service provision). The position involves creating job descriptions, managing candidate pools, conducting interviews, and ensuring the smooth onboarding of new hires. Responsibilities also include managing interim employee schedules, contracts, and documentation. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, the ability to attract candidates, and the capacity to thrive in a dynamic environment. The salary range is β¬22,000 - β¬30,000 a year.
Requirements
- 1 year of experience in aerospace professions, ideally combined with at least 1 year of experience in a similar recruitment function, ideally in an employment agency, recruitment firm or service provision
- Recruitment techniques including sourcing methods and actors
- Economics and organization of the company: company functions, types of structures, economic activities
- Fundamentals of labor law
- Good oral and written communication
- Ability to attract candidates and sell them a mission
- Able to work in a dynamic and constantly changing environment
- Be autonomous and know how to prioritize
Responsibilities
- Create job descriptions and continuously improve offers
- Enrich the database
- Maintain a pool of active candidates
- Conduct interviews to select the best candidates
- Provide support in any other tasks related to the recruitment service
- Manage the weekly schedules of temporary staff in relation with the client
- Manage absences and leave of temporary staff
- Collect, centralize and transcribe client requests
- Manage your candidate pool and source candidates through various relevant channels
- Manage the recruitment and onboarding of employees at our clients (caces, profile completeness)
- Creation of temporary worker files + verification of identity documents
- Preparation, in the professional tool, of mission contracts & assignment contracts and management of contract renewals
- Sending of contractual documents and follow-up of contract returns
- DPAE and verification of residence permits
- Organization of medical visits and monitoring of deadlines
- Monitor the end of temporary assignments, and be proactive in suggesting repositioning
- Manage PPE stock and ordering
- Complete and monitor Order tracking
- Manage time savings accounts
- Communicate to the payrolling & invoicing department the various timesheets and any other monitoring document
- Ensure public reception in the pool
- Monitor the main performance indicators of clients and temporary workers
- The "Recruitment demand coverage rate ("Fill rate")
- The "Absenteeism rate"
- The "Temporary worker loyalty rate" ("attrition")
- The "Temporary worker early departure rate" ("Turnover")
- The "Net Promoter Score" client and temporary workers ("NPS")
- The "Customer satisfaction" ("CSAT")
- Responsible for the smooth running of the NPS by encouraging clients to respond to the survey
Preferred Qualifications
BAC+2 training with HR specialization or similar would be a plus
