This fully remote, full-time independent contractor position requires 40 hours per week with overlap during Eastern Time. You will develop and implement recruitment strategies, manage the entire recruitment process from posting to onboarding, and build strong relationships with hiring managers. The ideal candidate possesses 2-3 years of recruitment experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency in applicant tracking systems. Requirements
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in recruitment/staffing
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and industry trends
- Proven ability to effectively manage the end-to-end recruitment process
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and engage with candidates at all levels
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies and plans to attract and hire top talent within multiple industries
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate endorsements
- Build and maintain effective relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders to ensure a thorough understanding of their hiring needs and priorities
- Handle multiple accounts/roles at a time
- Proactively source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals
- Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit
Preferred Qualifications
Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools (Workable experience is a plus)
