Requirements

Responsibilities
- Identifying the companyβs hiring needs through discussions with department managers
- Managing the recruitment process to ensure it runs smoothly by mediating between candidates and hiring managers
- Use social media (LinkedIn, Facebook) and other job posting websites globally to advertise job vacancies
- Evaluate candidates, assess resumes and credentials, conduct initial interviews, and build a network of potential employees
- Analyze the recruitment process and make recommendations for improvement or changes
- Research and provide recommendations as to the best places to hire globally for various roles needed in the organization
- Ensuring all employee records are maintained and updated with new hire information
- Designing and implementing effective onboarding plans for employees
- Assist the operations team with vacation planning and enforcement across different geographic locations
