Responsibilities

  • Identifying the company’s hiring needs through discussions with department managers
  • Managing the recruitment process to ensure it runs smoothly by mediating between candidates and hiring managers
  • Use social media (LinkedIn, Facebook) and other job posting websites globally to advertise job vacancies
  • Evaluate candidates, assess resumes and credentials, conduct initial interviews, and build a network of potential employees
  • Analyze the recruitment process and make recommendations for improvement or changes
  • Research and provide recommendations as to the best places to hire globally for various roles needed in the organization
  • Ensuring all employee records are maintained and updated with new hire information
  • Designing and implementing effective onboarding plans for employees
  • Assist the operations team with vacation planning and enforcement across different geographic locations

Preferred Qualifications

IT Recruitment Experience is a plus
