Requirements

• 2+ Years of experience as a recruiter
• Be willing to work the night shift
• Have good communication skills
• Experience expanding recruitment initiatives to get more candidates

Responsibilities

• Setup a recruitment pipeline
• Publish job ads in various portals
• Interview and onboard candidates
• Network with potential hires through professional groups on social media and virtual events
• Collaborate with the Recruitment and Staffing Manager to set qualification criteria for future employees
• Maintaining a database of employees for future vacancies
• Using web-based technology and online job platform to analyze hiring trends, post job vacancies and follow up with candidates during the recruitment process
• Analyzing recruitment software and the performance of recruitment agencies and recommending improvements or changes
• Work with department heads to set qualifications for each position
• Guide candidates through the application process and track their progress in our database
