Referral Manager

Summary

Join Morgan & Morgan as a Referral Manager and build a strong book of business by developing relationships with law firms in the Detroit area. You will be responsible for presenting Morgan & Morgan's value proposition, educating lawyers, and keeping them updated on the firm's services and opportunities. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, technologically competent, charismatic, and possesses strong people skills. This role requires in-person meetings with firms daily and consistently exceeding expectations and goals.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED, required
• 3+ years of Business Development or Account Management Experience, preferably in Legal Sales
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to harness financial data to inform decisions

Responsibilities

• Organize and plan their day/week in advance. This will include, setting up meetings with new law firms, follow up calls and emails
• Remain engaged with all Active and Prospective accounts
• Utilize oversight over their leads to ensure that they are being handled in the most effective manner
• Attend all sales meetings, events, and internal training seminars
• Acquire an abundance of leads
• Remain engaged with all Accounts/Referral partners
• Prospecting and meeting firms daily in-person
• Consistently beat expectations and goals
• Build and maintain client relationships
• Track and record metrics throughout sales process
• Meet and exceed financial goals
• Understand and keep up to date with industry and competitive landscape knowledge

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelors degree, preferred
• Established relationships with PI firms in the Los Angeles area
