Requirements

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to clearly articulate technical concepts and foster meaningful relationships with clients
  • Willingness and ability to travel within the region to meet with clients and understand their needs firsthand
  • A proactive approach to learning and professional development in the public safety technology landscape

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and execution of targeted initiatives aimed at new customer acquisition in the regional public safety market, ensuring alignment with overall sales objectives
  • Continuously monitor industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to craft informed and effective sales strategies
  • Work closely with the sales team to refine and implement sales strategies that effectively address regional market needs and opportunities
  • Engage in nurturing and sustaining customer relationships, playing a critical role in enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Contribute to updating and maintaining the sales pipeline, forecasts, and customer feedback to optimize sales efforts and outcomes
