Requirements

  • Be expert in NetSuite, MS Excel, Word, and CRM software
  • Demonstrate commitment to excellence and high standards
  • Possess strong organizational skills; be able to manage priorities and workflow
  • Have excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation skills
  • Show versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm
  • Possess excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with colleagues and suppliers
  • Demonstrate flexibility and innovation as a team player
  • Be able to travel by plane or car (Up to 50%)

Responsibilities

  • Generate and develop new business to meet specified sales goals
  • Maintain and nurture existing customer relationships
  • Respond to all customer inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Function as liaison between our customers and our operations staff
  • Understand and communicate information regarding company products, services, and policies and procedures to new and existing clients
  • Possess and maintain thorough knowledge of solar industry product information
  • Continually gather information on local competition and prevalent industry and business; communicate information to management and others as needed
  • Ensure that all required client paperwork is complete, accurate, and submitted on time
  • Provide timely and accurate reports as required
  • Attend and participate in business/trade events that impact the business unit
  • Attend and participate in team strategic sales meetings
