Summary

The Finance Operations Associate role involves ensuring timely collections of aged receivables, preparing month end billing files, collaborating with local finance teams on accounting instructions, and improving existing finance processes. The candidate should have a Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or Finance and at least 2 years of relevant working experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or Finance
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience in an Accounting or Finance related function

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely collections of aged receivables
• Adherence to timely COD remittance schedules and COD offset processes by local finance
• Preparation of month end billing for cross border related revenue billings
• Collaboration with local finance team on accounting instructions for cross border related vendor invoices
• Timely and accurate preparation of customer billings
• Responsible for ensuring improvement in existing finance processes

Preferred Qualifications

• Detail oriented
• Confident speaker and effective communication skills, both written and oral
• Demonstrated experience in executing complex multi-stakeholder commercial projects
• Exposure to working across geographies, teams and individuals of different culture
