Requirements

• Strong knowledge of contact center technologies and tools
• Proven experience in managing customer service teams across multiple channels (chat and telephony)
• Excellent communication skills and ability to lead and motivate a team
• Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions
• Proficiency in Russian and English languages
