Requirements
- 3β5+ years experience in B2B event or field marketing, with a focus on in-person execution
- Strong project management skills; detail-oriented and deadline-driven
- Self-starter with a proactive, independent work style who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable managing vendors, contracts, and cross-functional coordination
- Experience with campaign tracking tools like Salesforce and Tableau
- Bachelor's degree required
Responsibilities
- Support the planning and execution of in-person, virtual, and third-party event campaigns, including event ideation, promotion, logistics, and internal/external communications
- Manage end-to-end execution processes including landing page creation, swag fulfillment, vendor coordination, and budget tracking
- Support sales enablement by ensuring timely lead delivery and effective post-event follow-up in collaboration with Sales Development teams
- Maintain and optimize campaign tracking through SFDC and other systems to ensure accurate performance reporting and compliance with SLAs
- Build and manage a centralized repository for field marketing materials, templates, and documentation to support scalability and team alignment
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with event platforms (e.g. Splash) a plus
