Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with 5+ years in Clinical Sales, EdTech Sales with a SPED or Psychology background
  • Proven track record of success in execution of sales fundamentals including prospecting, leading discovery meetings, handling objections, negotiation and closing
  • Exceptional planning and organizational skills with the ability to synthesize technical information effectively
  • Strong relationship-building skills, including directed communication and the ability to instill trust and confidence
  • Proven strategic thinking and critical analysis capabilities to evaluate trends and drive decision-making
  • Proficiency with CRM tools such as HubSpot to analyze and manage sales data
  • Thought leadership with a commitment to staying updated on industry trends and contributing to team growth
  • Applicants must be based in MD, PA, NY, NJ, CT, RI, MA, VT, NH, or ME to be considered for this position

Responsibilities

  • Drive new business growth by securing new logos, expanding existing partnerships, and cross selling our innovative solutions to meet and exceed revenue targets
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of Riverside’s clinical products and strategic offerings, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and expertise in product presentations
  • Create and execute a territory plan aligned with departmental objectives, monitoring progress and implementing alternative strategies as needed
  • Leverage CRM tools such as HubSpot to maintain accurate and up-to-date pipeline data, improving forecasting accuracy and decision-making
  • Build thought leadership by staying informed about industry trends and sharing insights to inform product and sales strategies
  • Advance sales skills in business development, strategic selling, and territory management through continuous education and professional development
