Regional Service Manager

Summary

The Regional Service Manager will provide timely customer support for service/warranty inquiries, identify and evaluate service providers, manage high volume calls, travel up to 20%, and revise Standard Operating Procedures. The position is fully remote with some travel, offers a starting salary of $75,000+ (based on experience), and provides benefits such as health insurance, dental insurance, life insurance, vision insurance, paid time off, 401(k) with a matching program, and an employee discount program.

Requirements

• High School Diploma, Technical/Trade School related to electrical/mechanical repair and service (or equivalent experience)
• Minimum of 4 years experience in the home remodeling industry; experience with bathroom remodeling, plumbing, HVAC and acrylic installation highly preferred
• Mechanical/Electrical aptitude
• Previous experience utilizing a CRM (Salesforce is a plus)
• Must be open to domestic travel up to 20%

Responsibilities

• Provide timely customer support and resolution to homeowners service/warranty inquiries
• Identify and evaluate service companies or Service Technicians to complete warranty claims
• Travel throughout territory to evaluate new service providers and offer field support training for the Regional Service Network (up to 20% travel)
• Accompany Service Technicians on field visits to ensure work quality and provide real time, practical, training opportunities
• Reassess the policies for Service Agents, offer suggestions, and revise all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the Regional Service Network
• Examine service claims/calls recorded in Salesforce to detect patterns, alert signs, and quality problems
