Regional Vice President of Sales

Join our dynamic fintech company as Regional Vice President of Sales to drive sales and revenue through a team of District Sales Managers in the defined geography and opportunity zones.

Requirements

• A demonstrated history of selling to SMB retailers within the assigned geography
• Experience building business growth strategies to drive volume through new and existing customers
• At least five years of experience developing B2B sales teams in a defined geo-delivering value-add solutions to SMB retailers
• Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Drive regional revenue targets in alignment with a strategic framework and Head of Retail Sales
• Develop DSMs to consistently achieve gross margin targets
• Perform daily and weekly sales calls to discuss district performance, review information DSMs gathered during their visits and cold calls to identify barriers and review On-Site Business Reviews (OBRs)
• Prepare and complete action plans; implement production, productivity, quality, and customer service standards; resolve problems; complete audits; identify trends; define regional sales system improvements; and implement change
• Recommend product lines by identifying new product or service opportunities and service changes, surveying consumer needs and trends
