- Sales Metrics and Financial Acumen: Proficiency in key sales metrics, financial planning, and reporting tools. Experienced in forecasting, budgeting, and using insights to make data-driven decisions
- Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence across all levels
- Customer-Centric Approach: Dedication to delivering a positive client experience and fostering client success
Responsibilities
- Drive Revenue and Market Growth: Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed revenue targets, focusing on new client acquisition and expanding existing customer relationships
- Lead and Develop a High-Performing Sales Team: Recruit, mentor, and manage a motivated sales team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement to consistently meet sales objectives
- Build Strategic Client Partnerships: Cultivate strong relationships with key clients, ensuring satisfaction, loyalty, and long-term business growth by understanding and addressing client needs
- Enable Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to drive regional sales success, enhance the customer experience, and align with company objectives
- Ensure Accurate Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Oversee regional sales planning, forecasting, and performance metrics, providing data-driven insights and regular updates to senior leadership
