Responsibilities

  • Drive Revenue and Market Growth: Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed revenue targets, focusing on new client acquisition and expanding existing customer relationships
  • Lead and Develop a High-Performing Sales Team: Recruit, mentor, and manage a motivated sales team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement to consistently meet sales objectives
  • Build Strategic Client Partnerships: Cultivate strong relationships with key clients, ensuring satisfaction, loyalty, and long-term business growth by understanding and addressing client needs
  • Enable Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to drive regional sales success, enhance the customer experience, and align with company objectives
  • Ensure Accurate Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Oversee regional sales planning, forecasting, and performance metrics, providing data-driven insights and regular updates to senior leadership
