Requirements

  • 2+ years of sales experience in higher education, career services, or education technology, preferably with experience selling supplementary or add-on solutions
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills
  • A hunter sales mentality with excellent prospecting skills and the ability to upsell existing clients
  • A self-starter who thrives in a team-oriented environment but can independently manage their sales pipeline
  • Dedication to professionalism and excellence in all interactions

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain quality relationships with Career Center administrators and other key university stakeholders to showcase the value of Musto Careers as a supplement to 12twenty
  • Conduct virtual and in-person demos of both the 12twenty platform and the Musto Careers subscription to drive interest and sales
  • Meet and exceed revenue goals by selling Musto Careers as an add-on solution to existing 12twenty customers
  • Prepare and negotiate sales proposals and contracts, ensuring that both products align with client needs
  • Collaborate closely with the Implementation, Customer Success, and Product Teams to gather feedback and ensure customer satisfaction with both offerings
