Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in a high-performance, fast-paced environment (sales experience is a plus but not required)
- An entrepreneurial drive with the ability to make decisions in challenging environments
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with an ability to build relationships and trust quickly
- Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to thinking
- Willingness to embrace uncertainty and display a high level of adaptability
- Strong growth mentality and bias for action
- Willingness to travel and flexibility regarding work location
- Ability to learn and be open to accepting feedback, generously giving their own in return
- Native proficiency in English
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of the growth in your region by selling cargo.one pro to local freight forwarder teams
- Carry a quota and drive sales deals full-cycle, from initial call to demo to closing
- Work with our product and marketing teams to both improve the product and local and global marketing campaigns to facilitate rapid expansion
- Be the voice of freight forwarders in your region and work together with our product team to make sure our offering meets their needs
- Represent cargo.one in your local region as an entrepreneurial ambassador
- Build strong relationships with the local freight forwarders
- Ensure our offerings are competitive and collaborate with local partners to provide the best customer experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in logistics and/or air freight is a plus
- Fluency in any other European languages
