Requirements
- Proven ability to drive sales processes and exceed quota selling complex products
- Successful track record in commanding the room with C-Suite stakeholders
- Experience in Construction or selling to midmarket speciality contractors
Responsibilities
- Manage and drive sales processes for complex products (payroll, benefits, accounting integrations, prevailing wage fringe offsets, labor compliance, etc.)
- Drive sales processes with C-Suite stakeholders at mid-market speciality subcontractors (e.g., ~50-500+ employees)
- Develop and implement a scalable sales process for future hires
- Build strong relationships with core regional channel partners
- Attend industry conferences and represent Miter within relevant industry associations
