Summary

Join Okendo as an Account Executive on the Revenue team to manage SMB and Mid-Market sales prospects through Okendo's sales process. Meet and exceed sales targets by converting leads into demos and managing inbound opportunities. Collaborate with internal teams to tailor products and services to meet prospect's objectives.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed quarterly MRR sales quota as assigned by management
• Convert leads generated from campaigns into sales demos and opportunities
• Manage and close all SMB and Mid-Market inbound opportunities
• Follow best practices for sales processes and key SLAs within Hubspot
• Maintain accuracy of all prospect information and data collected throughout the sales lifecycle
• Maintain sales pipelines to ensure proper weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecasting
• Analyze prospect’s needs and requirements to provide customized solutions that provide the most value
• Collaborate with internal teams to tailor products and services to meet prospect’s objectives
• Assist in creating compelling sales presentations that showcase the value proposition
• Present solutions to clients in a clear and persuasive manner
• Develop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with prospects
• Act as the primary point of contact, ensuring prospect satisfaction and loyalty
• Meet or exceed opportunity prospecting goals
• Manage and iterate upon Okendo’s outbound motions
• Collaborate with senior team members to develop and execute effective sales strategies
• Seek guidance and actively contribute to the overall success of the sales team
• Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging technologies
• Continuously expand product knowledge to effectively communicate the value proposition
