Requirements

  • 2+ year of professional experience with 1+ year exp in an entry-level sales or similar role
  • Proactive in identifying potential clients by initiating contact via phone, email, and LinkedIn outreach
  • Demonstrates determination in nurturing long-term relationships
  • Experience managing sales from outreach to close with self-motivation and resilience in the face of challenges
  • Confidence in verbal and written client communication including presenting and negotiating deals
  • Self-driven in utilizing tools like Salesforce to track leads and optimize performance
  • Agile professional who excels in a fast-paced environment and thrives on continuously pivoting strategies to drive business needs forward

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute against a comprehensive account/territory plan
  • Anticipate customers’ needs and provide them with possible business solutions
  • Convert prospects to customers and foster meaningful relationships with existing clients
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold outreach, networking, and social media
  • Create and execute key sales and business development initiatives to increase the sales pipeline
  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
  • Sell products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects
  • Create and articulate compelling value propositions around TA offerings to prepare and deliver appropriate proposals that accurately describe those products and set proper expectations
  • Identify product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors
  • Negotiate and close deals by handling rebuttals and objections
