Requirements

  • Relationship Builder: You know how to build trust and maintain it throughout the sales cycle
  • Adaptable and Quick Learner: Naturally curious and quick to master multi-product solutions, adjusting strategies as needed
  • Consultative Sales Approach: Skilled in consultative techniques, you position products as tailored solutions
  • Organized and Efficient: Youโ€™re great at managing multiple leads and tasks without losing focus on CRM hygiene
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with CRM tools (HubSpot experience preferred)
  • Entrepreneurial Mindset: Youโ€™re eager to take ownership of your pipeline, hitting quarterly and annual goals

Responsibilities

  • Showcase Workleapโ€™s solutions, aligning our suite of products to meet client needs
  • Build and nurture lasting client relationships, fostering trust and loyalty
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to elevate the customer experience
  • Keep CRM data sharp and clean, ensuring seamless communication and data integrity
  • Efficiently managing inbound leads and focusing on timely, high-quality responses
  • Conducting engaging product demos, follow-up calls, and moving deals forward with urgency
  • Collaborating closely with SDRs for smooth lead handoffs and connecting with the Support team to address client queries
  • Coordinating with the Customer Success team to ensure a seamless transition post-sale
  • Engaging in coaching sessions and strategic discussions to refine your sales approach
  • Keeping CRM records up-to-date for streamlined data management and integrity
