Summary

Join our ANZ Sales team as a Growth Account Executive and drive new business for Fullstory in ANZ while maximizing adoption, customer success, and revenue within your install base of accounts.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience working in a sales development role in the SaaS industry
  • Experience handling inbound leads and initiating cold outreach to prospective customers. (e.g. senior executives)
  • Experience working in a quota-driven environment with dynamic sales cycles
  • Successful track record in exceeding assigned activity metrics

Responsibilities

  • Own a territory where you are responsible for actively prospecting new business opportunities
  • Identify decision-makers and key influencers within prospects’ organizations
  • Be responsible for driving adoption of Fullstory by growing an existing customer base of business by way of expansion (up-sell & cross-sell), renewals, and churn mitigation
  • Qualify inbound leads for the Commercial and Enterprise segments
  • Partner collaboratively with other departments (Customer Success, Sales Engineering, Marketing, and Product) to help our customers realize value with Fullstory
