Join us as we leverage innovative thinking and teamwork to explore new opportunities and possibilities! GoGlobal is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounting Services Associate on a 6-months fixed term contract to support our Accounting and Knowledge Base (KB) teams.
Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- Previous experience in data entry, document formatting, or quality assurance roles, ideally within a knowledge management or accounting environment
- Familiarity with Knowledge Base systems and portals is an advantage
- Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and consistency in all work
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; basic knowledge of content management systems or online portals is a plus
Responsibilities
- Knowledge Base Maintenance : Create and upload GBS and GP articles to the KB Portal, ensuring all information is accurate, formatted correctly, and up to date
- Data Entry and Formatting : Utilize MS Word and Excel to enter, format, and prepare articles and documents for portal integration
- Quality Assurance : Review uploaded content to maintain high standards of quality and accuracy, aligning with company guidelines
- Collaboration : Work closely with the Accounting Services team to understand and support ongoing knowledge base requirements
- Documentation Support : Maintain and update reference guides for future uploads and manage any requested revisions as necessary
