Requirements
- Prior experience in a BDR or SDR role - ideally at a Startup or Scale-up
- Passion for using multiple communication channels for prospecting, such as Email, Phone, snail mail (Yeah, you heard right π), and Video Messaging
- Native in Finnish or Swedish, and bilingual level in English
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
Responsibilities
- Initiating the sales cycle: Day-to-day targeting and prospecting of new business customers through programmatic outbound prospecting supported by the best tooling
- Running Discovery Meetings with prospects and qualifying new business opportunities for our Account Executives
- Innovating and optimizing lead development ideas and strategies. A/B testing cadences, messaging and communications channels based on data
- Representing UpCloud at Conferences
- Ensuring excellent sales hygiene by managing sales leads and key decision-maker interactions in our CRM (Salesforce) and Sales Engagement Platform (Salesloft)
- Proactively learning about UpCloudβs expanding service portfolio, competitive offering, and cloud industry trends
