Requirements

  • Prior experience in a BDR or SDR role - ideally at a Startup or Scale-up
  • Passion for using multiple communication channels for prospecting, such as Email, Phone, snail mail (Yeah, you heard right πŸ˜„), and Video Messaging
  • Native in Finnish or Swedish, and bilingual level in English
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills

Responsibilities

  • Initiating the sales cycle: Day-to-day targeting and prospecting of new business customers through programmatic outbound prospecting supported by the best tooling
  • Running Discovery Meetings with prospects and qualifying new business opportunities for our Account Executives
  • Innovating and optimizing lead development ideas and strategies. A/B testing cadences, messaging and communications channels based on data
  • Representing UpCloud at Conferences
  • Ensuring excellent sales hygiene by managing sales leads and key decision-maker interactions in our CRM (Salesforce) and Sales Engagement Platform (Salesloft)
  • Proactively learning about UpCloud’s expanding service portfolio, competitive offering, and cloud industry trends
