Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Preferably native English speakers or someone with the ability to converse with a neutral accent
  • Ability to manage multiple customer moods effectively through appropriate voice modulation
  • Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Ability to problem-solving and excellent negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated and target-driven to reach success
  • Ability to maintain work ethics whilst handling a remote role
  • Ability to commit to 50 hours a week to work in the UK Hour Shift - including daily training & coaching
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Should be based in Dubai or in the GCC Region with a valid resident visa (Under Parents / spouse / independent Visa )

Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify potential clients through targeted prospecting and lead generation through cold calling
  • Engage with prospects to understand their needs and build strong relationships to result positive closures
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads
  • Track and focus on developing the clientele continuously
