• Have 1-2 years of sourcing experience, ideally for business roles

Responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of Mercury’s values, brand, and product
• Work closely with hiring managers and interviewers across the business to help build high-performing, diverse teams
• Make a friendly first impression on candidates and act as the living embodiment of our cultural values
• Manage the top funnel of the recruiting pipeline from initial outreach to their first interviews, with an emphasis on engaging passive candidates
• Screen candidates with a keen eye for alignment with our open roles and Mercury values
• Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives
• Experiment with creative ways of sourcing and analyze their effectiveness
• Actively think of ways to improve and scale sourcing processes
• Stay informed about industry trends, and act as a subject matter expert for the wider team

Benefits

• Base salary: US employees in New York City, Los Angeles, Seattle, or the San Francisco Bay Area: $105,500 - $124,100
• Base salary: US employees outside of the New York City, Los Angeles, Seattle or the San Francisco Bay Area: $95,000 - $111,700
• Base salary: Canadian employees (any location): CAD 96,000 - 112,000
