Responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of Mercury’s values, brand, and product
• Work closely with hiring managers and interviewers across the business to help build high-performing, diverse teams
• Make a friendly first impression on candidates and (no pressure) act as the living embodiment of our cultural values
• Manage the top funnel of the recruiting pipeline from initial outreach to their first interviews, with an emphasis on engaging passive candidates
• Screen candidates with a keen eye for alignment with our open roles and Mercury values
• Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives
• Experiment with creative ways of sourcing and analyze their effectiveness
• Actively think of ways to improve and scale sourcing processes
• Stay informed about industry trends, and act as a subject matter expert for the wider team
