Requirements

  • Able to simplify complex tasks into actionable activities, linked to timings
  • Adding experiences (5-7 years) in project management, branding, and consulting to our team (preferably in an agency/consultancy setting)
  • Compelling communicator both verbally and written
  • Strong sense of responsibility, commitment, and accountability
  • Graduate or equivalent
  • Fluent in English and Spanish
  • Experienced in Client Management, ideally within a creative agency environment
  • Proficient in relevant IT software and systems (e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Responsibilities

  • Primary support for Senior Client Managers/Client Directors
  • Point person for day-to-day tasks and projects - create and maintain clear lines of communication with Clients and internal teams
  • Work closely with the Strategy lead on nurturing, developing and presenting strategic content to senior client members and act as an extension of the strategy team in charge of a client or project account
  • Collaborate with Strategy, Creative and Finance teams and also with partners
  • Keep a beady eye on the brand world, stay up to date with the businesses we work with as well their competitors to help them change the conversation
  • Create presentations people will remember
  • Create and present thought leadership and client work at internal meetings
  • Ensure work is produced on time, to brief, on budget and to required profit margins
  • Review weekly timesheet/financial reports to ensure projects are on budget
  • Prepare and take responsibility for project billing each month, partnering with Client Directors and Finance
  • Create and manage project budgets, timing plans, clear and concise contact reports, statuses etc
  • Collate all project-relevant documents and information into the relevant file on the server for team access
  • Give support on proposal and cost estimates
