  • Assists in validating risk ratings assigned to new and existing commercial credits
  • Monitors trends identified in credit review and stress testing engagements, completes root cause analysis, makes recommendations and summarizes findings to senior management and board of directors
  • Vets key findings and issues through exit meetings and summarize responses in written reports to be used by regulatory agencies and both internal and external audit

About the Role:

Performs risk-based asset quality and risk rating focused credit review and stress testing engagements covering the commercial loan and commercial lease portfolios. As a second line of defense within the organization, provides assurance to the Board of Directors, Executive Management, regulators, and all stakeholders regarding compliance with the governing credit policy and other related policies and program standards.

What You Will Do:

  • Reviews, analyzes, and assesses risks in the organization’s commercial loan, commercial lending, and commercial leasing portfolios. This can include asset-based lending, commercial real estate, cashflow/enterprise value lending, commercial equipment leasing, SBA and/or USDA government guaranteed commercial lending programs, and factoring/accounts receivable-based commercial lending portfolios.
  • Identifies risk, develops effective mitigation strategies, and reports and monitors issues through resolution.

Assists in validating risk ratings assigned to new and existing commercial credits. Identifies emerging risks unique to key industries, clients, or product lines that may impact general asset quality trends of the commercial credit portfolios being reviewed. - Monitors trends identified in credit review and stress testing engagements, completes root cause analysis, makes recommendations and summarizes findings to senior management and board of directors. - Vets key findings and issues through exit meetings and summarize responses in written reports to be used by regulatory agencies and both internal and external audit. - Other duties as assigned.

Salary range:  $69,098.54 – $127,614.10

The salary range reflects the minimum and maximum target for a new hire in this role. Individual pay within the range will be determined by multiple factors which can include but are not limited to a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary for your location during the hiring process. Ranges may be modified in the future.
