Requirements
- You take pride in creating exceptional customer experiences and go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction
- Proactive in identifying areas for improvement in operational processes and eager to implement new solutions
- Have a strong interest in technology and can efficiently navigate digital platforms in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment
- Fluency in Dutch and English , both verbal and written for effective communication with our diverse customer base and team members
- An interest in the topics of health and wellbeing is highly valued
- Available for 40 hours per week
- Strong desire to be part of an exciting and rapidly growing startup
Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for users (employees and employers), providing support via in-app chat and email, and resolving both simple issues and technical queries
- Work closely with the tech team to identify and implement workflow improvements that enhance the overall customer experience on our platform
- Assist employers in the integration of their HR/Payroll systems with the platform and troubleshoot integration-related issues as they arise
- Conduct reconciliation of reports received from our partners to ensure accuracy and consistency in data
- Optimize partner and support processes to operate efficiently at scale, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for both employers and employees
- Develop and refine internal documentation for our knowledge base, ensuring that processes are well-documented and easily accessible to all team members to maintain operational efficiency
- Keep external user knowledge base up to date
