Requirements

  • Willingness to educate oneself and increase knowledge about trading platforms

Responsibilities

  • Communication with clients (via email, chat) and handling their inquiries, requests, and complaints
  • Preparation of detailed and content-rich responses
  • Processing requests according to the relevant manual for the specific process
  • Reporting any issues and errors to the Team Leader or the relevant department
  • Working with trading platforms and simulating reported issues in the platform
  • Transcription of Japanese names into latin characters
  • Communication with relevant internal departments in the company (Slack, e-mail)
