Requirements

• Proven ability to build relationships and engage with a technical audience, including developers, startups, and tech enthusiasts
• Good understanding of AI, machine learning, or software development. Ability to create technical content and provide support to a developer audience
• Proven experience managing technical communities or working in developer relations, community management, or similar roles
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and inspire a diverse audience of developers and researchers
• Ability to manage multiple projects and events simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines
• Proactive and resourceful, with the ability to identify community needs and find creative solutions
• Enthusiasm for the AI field and a genuine desire to help others succeed in their AI projects

Responsibilities

• Actively engage with the AI developer community through forums, social media, and other channels to foster a vibrant and inclusive environment
• Respond to questions, provide support, and encourage community members to share their projects and ideas
• Plan, organize, and execute community events such as meetups, hackathons, workshops, and webinars
• Act as the voice of the community within the company, collecting feedback, identifying common challenges, and working with product, engineering, and support teams to address community needs
• Track and report on key community metrics, such as engagement levels, sentiment, and community growth
• Identify and build relationships with key influencers, advocates, and partners in the AI community
• Develop and execute a comprehensive content amplification and developer-focused social media strategy aligned with the company's marketing and business goals
• Develop technical content, including blog posts, tutorials, webinars, and documentation, that educates and inspires the community on best practices, use cases, and features of our platform

Benefits

Competitive salary range: $140k - 165k
