Requirements

  • Has at least 3+ years of experience as a Senior Sales Development Representative or in a similar role
  • Possesses a minimum of 3-5 years of software/SaaS sales experience
  • Has at least 2+ years of experience working in a Marketing or AdTech or Ecommerce B2B SaaS business
  • Demonstrates proven success in selling annual software deals ranging from $10K to 30K, with month-over-month growth to achieve quota
  • Possesses experience interacting with C-Suite and senior management teams
  • Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Economics, Mathematics, Accounting, or Psychology

Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Qualification: Assist in building the system to actively source and qualify leads in the ecommerce sector with our existing sales & partnership team
  • Outreach Strategy: Implement engaging outreach strategies that provide value first for prospects through various tools and expert experiences across the US
  • Scaling Qualified Meetings: Aim to refine our system to schedule a minimum of 5 unique, high-quality meetings per week with qualified prospects
  • Engaging Decision Makers: Proven skill in engaging internal stakeholders, identifying supporters or critics, and leading strategic data-driven discussions to drive business growth and secure a full-cycle SaaS deal
  • Pipeline Management: Efficiently manage a full-funnel sales pipeline, utilizing our CRM tools for tracking and reporting to uncover insights for monthly compounding growth and clean reporting to leadership
  • Innovation and Continuous Learning: Regularly contribute ideas based on our current customer aspirations and afflictions to help further cement your reputation as a trusted ecomm consultative partner and not just a sales rep reading from a script
  • Collaboration: Coordinate with solutions architects and cofounders to ensure closing your first deal
  • Tech Proficiency: Demonstrate comfort with technology, basic sales analytics, and emerging trends in ecommerce while leveraging new tools for business development to hit and exceed quota goals
