Requirements

• Strong ability to analyze campaign metrics and performance data, including UTM tracking
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with experience working cross-functionally
• Highly organized, with strong attention to detail in managing data and digital assets
• Familiar with performance monitoring tools and dashboards, with the ability to extract actionable insights

Responsibilities

• Measure the performance of digital campaigns (impressions, clicks, email campaign performance, etc.) using HubSpot and Mailchimp, ensuring effective data tracking and analysis
• Monitor and analyze UTM tags on the website to track traffic sources and campaign success
• Track and report on campaign performance, measuring engagement metrics and identifying areas for improvement
• Maintain and update performance dashboards, providing actionable insights
• Work with marketing, design, and content teams to align marketing initiatives with company goals
• Assist with digital campaign execution, oversee posting schedules, and optimize content using AI tools, while adhering to brand guidelines
• Collaborate with the design team to ensure all digital assets align with the brand voice and design standards
• Manage and organize raw content and digital assets for future campaigns
