Requirements
- 5+ years of management consulting experience with demonstrated BizDev experience in complex channel partnerships
- MBA and/or MPH a plus
- Experience working with or on behalf of health plans or PBMs
- Experience and success in end-to-end partnerships by developing an overall strategy to build/maintain pipelines and executing through prospecting, relationship building, pitching, and contracting with sales
- 100% independent with a demonstrated problem-solving skill set
- A strong team player who can work with multiple functions within the company
- Ability to effectively escalate to leadership matters that have a strategic impact

- Strong written and verbal communication, and presentation skills

Responsibilities
- Own strategic channels and partnership strategy and execution including developing a partnership playbook with 1:1 relationships with key partners
- Lead prospecting, pitching, and contracting employer sales through our channel partnerships, alongside the Hello Heart Sales team
- Manage and develop the channel pipeline with accountability for revenue growth and opportunities development through close collaboration with Sales
- Negotiate and manage the execution of channel partnership renewals
- Identify and execute partnership expansion opportunities
- Be the day-to-day contact for our partnerβs product and sales teams and effectively facilitate requests from sales and product teams
- Serve as a point of escalation to resolve issues that emerge during the implementation phase of the relationship
- Manage a team of channel managers, responsible for building pipeline and producing revenue through key partnerships
