Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement new partner strategies that drive revenue, retention, and integration goals
  • Leverage existing client/partner relationships to expand revenue
  • Conduct research on partnerships best practices, trends, and opportunities to grow revenue
  • Collaborate with integrated team relationships across Product, Sales, Marketing, and AM
  • Track ongoing activity within Salesforce and present material for senior leadership on a weekly/monthly basis

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience with a SaaS company or in a technology integrations environment strongly preferred
  • Experience in an accelerated growth start up environment
  • Previous experience in a matrix management organization
  • Previous experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Power BI, Teams, O365

Job description

Job Summary

As the Director of Partnerships, you will be responsible for overseeing the strategy, planning, execution, and optimization of current and potential partnerships, integrations, and channel opportunities.

You will support the product, marketing, and sales teams in increasing customer acquisition and retention, generate engagement through channel-specific growth, and find new ways to fill top of funnel activities. Your ability to strategize, prioritize, collaborate, innovate, and manage resources effectively will be crucial to your success in this role.

Performance Objectives/ Goals:

Expansion of Revenue (75% of goals)

  • Upsell and new revenue within dedicated Products (60%)
  • Cross-sell of Togetherwork products (15%)

Retention of Revenue (25% of goals)

  • Maintain and renew partnership revenue (25%)

Responsibilities

  • Partnership Strategy: develop and implement new partner strategies that drive revenue, retention, and integration goals in line with company objectives.
  • Account Management: leveraging existing client/ partner relationships to expand revenue.
  • Research: subject matter expertise over partnerships best practices, trends, and opportunities to grow revenue (events, networking, etc…)
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: integrated team relationships across Product, Sales, Marketing, and AM; Maximize the full breath of TW capabilities and product offerings
  • Analytics & Reporting: tracking of ongoing activity within Salesforce and related presentation material for senior leadership on a weekly/monthly ongoing basis.

Salary Range Disclosure

The base range represents the low and high end of the Togetherwork salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on factors including, but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Togetherwork’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include discretionary bonuses, long term incentives, a flexible paid vacation/personal time policy, 6 weeks paid parental leave and more.

Salary Range

US Remote: $115,000 - $125,000 USD per year plus commission
