Remote Director of Partnerships

Summary

Join us as the Director of Partnerships to oversee partnership strategy, planning, execution, and optimization, supporting product, marketing, and sales teams in increasing customer acquisition and retention.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• 6+ years proven experience in partner management or a related role
• Excellent customer/account relations track record
• Strong project management skills with a track record of successful campaign execution
• Familiarity with necessary software and tools (e.g., CRM, analytics tools, project and account management solutions)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills both internal and external
• Strong leadership and team management abilities with the ability to work across all facets of the business
• Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset
• Creative problem solver with a passion for creating, maintaining, and growing relationships
• Ability to negotiate effectively and convey importance of prioritization against mutual benefits

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement new partner strategies that drive revenue, retention, and integration goals
• Leverage existing client/partner relationships to expand revenue
• Conduct research on partnerships best practices, trends, and opportunities to grow revenue
• Collaborate with integrated team relationships across Product, Sales, Marketing, and AM
• Track ongoing activity within Salesforce and present material for senior leadership on a weekly/monthly basis

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience with a SaaS company or in a technology integrations environment strongly preferred
• Experience in an accelerated growth start up environment
• Previous experience in a matrix management organization
• Previous experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Power BI, Teams, O365
